I am currently testing Storyline 2 but finding that when I publish a SCORM package for use in Moode 2.7, large amounts of white space appear around the Storyline package. Have tried launching it in a separate window but still get the same issue. Anyone else having the same problem?

Yes, it's a pain (and it's not just 2.7). Seems like the only current solution is for your theme to be modified. See:https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=271293
