We are having issues with DISPLAY RESULTS of quizes working fine on IE11 but not on IE10. Results page will not open up in IE10. It seems there are further issues relating to FLASH vs HTML in mobiles?
Please can Articulate provide a summary table confirming what internet browsers will support Displaying Results, and what would not support it?
There's plenty advice on creating results slides and master slide - but we ask for a table summary of internet browsers please.
You linked to another Storyline 2 article, so my guess is that's the version of Storyline you're using? If so, you can see the minimum system requirements here and IE10 should work for Flash output. If you were trying to use the HTML5 or the mobile output in that browser we wouldn't expect it to work.
If you're viewing the Flash in SL2, and using that browser and it's still not working, can you tell us a bit more about how you're publishing and where you're hosting the published output? Testing it locally could be why the Results page may not open as that's an additional pop up to display the report.html and local playback of Flash content has some known consequences and oddities. We'd always recommend uploading to the final intended environment to have the best playback.
