As part of your quality control process, when you view the project as a learner will see it, just note the time when you start it, and when you finish it. The secret to making it work is that when you find mistakes, you don't stop to correct them, you just write them down.

Since Storyline is interactive and a user could take a varying amount of time to navigate around, there isn't a timestamp added. You can look at the publish properties that are shown here to see a general calculation, and that timestamp is only displayed if using the Articulate Mobile player:
