Since I have started using my new laptop, a Dell Xps, whenever I open Articulate Storyline 2, my display screen is so tiny - it is unusable. See attachment
I have tried playing with display settings, changing the resolution and uninstalling and re installing, but to no avail.
Has anyone had a similar experience and if so, what was the solution.
I used Storyline 2 on my old laptop, without any problems.

User interface elements in Storyline 2 may be small and difficult to read on high-resolution monitors—generally, monitors that are more than 2,000 pixels in width. I'd recommend reducing your screen resolution while working in Storyline 2.
If the UI continues to appear smaller after the resolution changes, please let us know! We can work closely with you to find out what’s happening!
Thanks for you feedback. The recommended resolution on my laptop is high, 3840 x2160. I have tried reducing it but is doesn't make much difference. I've also used the zoom and that doesn't help either.
If you could help me with this, I would be very grateful
Sorry to hear all the troubleshooting steps haven't helped! I've opened a case on your behalf with our support engineers, where you'll hear from someone on the team soon. They'll do everything they can to help troubleshoot your setup to get Storyline 2 displaying correctly!
A solution to the problem was found by one of your engineers, which I'll mention in case someone else has a similar problem. It's about overriding the laptops high DPI settings for this particular app. Windows 10 is my operating system
Right click on Articulate Storyline icon (not shortcut)
Select 'More' and then 'Open in file location'
Right click on icon and select Properties
Go to the Compatibility tab and click on 'Change high DPI Settings' button
Check 'Override high DPI Scaling behaviour, scaling to perform:'
Thank you for popping back in to share your solution with the community. That could certainly help someone that runs across this conversation in the future.
