Hello, the .story file I'm working on has altered the imported audio to sound like a skipping record. You can experience it in the attached file at around 135 seconds. It also outputs to Review sounding the same way. I'm missing a deadline as a result of this dev issue; have no idea what else to try to fix this. Your help is appreciated. Thanks.
Hi Anthony, based on the file you attached, the audio 7 which is played around the 128 seconds to 191 seconds marked on the timeline caused the distortion to be heard. It seems this issue occurs when the file was initially opened in Storyline. If you try to edit the audio 7 using the audio editor by right-clicking the file and click Edit audio, here there are no distortions heard while being played just close the editor if no changes needs to be done. Afterward, try to play again the audio and hopefully distortion.
