Distortion of Audio on iPad and iPhone Devices

My team had built a course in 360. My course is running smooth and fine on desktop. However, when I launch the course on iPad and iPhone devices, Distorted audio plays in entire course.

I did some RnD on this issue and found that if we remove the video file which are present in the course, the course runs fine and audio is audible clearly on both desktop as well as iPad and iPhone devices.

I had tried all possible combination to solve this problem, But it giving issue if I use the course with video files. Any ideas?

Thanks in Advance...!

Greetings, Ram!

Thanks for reaching out, and I'm sorry you're running into that. Apple found an issue where audio could sound distorted on some iPads and iPhones. This article covers more details and what to do in the meantime!

If that doesn't match your scenario, I'd love to take a look at your .story file with your permission. You can send it privately to me by using this link. I'll delete it after troubleshooting!

Hi, Ram. I appreciate you taking a look at that article!

I'd love to try to nail down the 'why' here and explore our next steps from there. When you're ready to upload the affected .story file for testing, click this link to send it privately to me.

I'll let you know what I see on an iOS device, and delete the file after!
