Dithered Images (Image Quality)

Nov 05, 2018

One of my published courses have some Flash files embedded.

The problem I'm facing is:

When republishing the course after doing a few edits..the flash files (swf) are not working now, and  the rest of the screens (without swf) are showing dithered from previous version.

However, the same file is showing better in IE. let me know the setting while publishing to get the good quality.

Hi there, Manish.  When you republished after editing, what were your publishing formats?  If you're using the new modern player, you'll only have HTML5 output, excluding Flash files.  The classic player includes Flash output, and you'll use Flash/HTML5 to make sure that browsers load the Flash output by default.

The other area I check is whether Flash Player is enabled in the browser.  A quick way to do this is by going to https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html and clicking on Check Now.

Let me know what you think about those two points, and we'll go from there!
