Hi, I'm currently in the development of a module in which there are going to be 3 types of participants. I'm trying to figure out how to present contents in branching scenarios, where the participant identifies their role and according to the role there are contents that are particular and others that are shared / homogeneous. I want to avoid having to duplicate the slides. Is there any way to connect them back and divide them once again depending on there initial selection?
Sounds feasible. You could have triggers to jump to a particular slide when role is selected and control the Next button trigger if needed to continue down the correct path until the common slides are reached again.
You mention having to divide them again later in the course and that may require a variable added into the mix.
I am attaching a simple example that may help visualize :)

Here is a sample that does that.
Hi Leslie
Thanks for your response. I tried opening the content but it won't let me run it in Articulate to see the example.
Please, let me know which file is the one I need to run to see it.
Hi Walt
Thank you for the info.
We are currently looking into it. So far it looks like what we need.
Again thanks for your input. We appreciate your help.
Hi Janette! It's a .story file and should download so you can utilize in Storyline. What version of Storyline are you utilizing?
If you are getting a zip file vs the .story file, please try another browser to download.
Looks like Walt's solution may be of assistance to you though.
