Do a test with counting point to each answer

Hello!

I've a problem. It is - I must to make a test. My problem is adding point for each answer. I want to:

1 point for answer "a"

1 point for answer"b"

1 point for answer "a and b".

Next, must show a slide with results about scoring points for answer "a", next slide for "b", and next for "a and b". 

I don't know what do and what choose: multiple choice/multiple response or survey-pick one or something. Pleae, help me!!!

I know this thread is a bit dated, so I wanted to chime in and let you know that there are certain built-in question types that allow for scoring by choice.

By choice: This option lets you assign a different score to each answer choice. It's only available for some question types, including Multiple Choice, Word Bank, Freeform Pick One, and Freeform Hotspot.
