Do not update Articulate Storyline 360 to April 21st version
May 05, 2020
Hi everyone, I'm an learning and development specialist with TJX Companies, and a Master's Student in the Instructional Technology department at Bloomsburg University...
just dropping in to say hello and also... do NOT update Articulate to the April 21st version. I have hard error reports every 2 minutes in my articulate files, or whenever I pressed the "add new trigger" button, whichever came first. I uninstalled Storyline 360, reinstalled, uninstalled Articulate app, reinstalled, removed the program completely from my system, reinstalled. I restarted, shutdown, and tried to update my OS (even though it was 100% up to date), etc.
Four hours later, and Storyline 360 appears to be running fine on the April 7th update version.
Hope you all have a better night than me. Until next time,
Talia

Never mind. What is happening here?! (April 7th version is doing it as well ... Update 38)
Hi everyone - I just got off chat with Vevette, who was excellent!
She let me know to revert back to Update 37 (March 3rd) if you're experiencing this!!
Hope this helps!
Hi Talia,
I'm glad you were able to reach out to our Support team and connect with Vevette (who I agree, is excellent!). This issue where Storyline 360 could behave erratically or crash when using a non-English interface is actually fixed moments ago in a hotfix, Update 3.39.22088.0.
Use the option within the Articulate 360 desktop app to check for updates so that you're back up and running again!
Hi Ashley,
I was using the English interface, so I'm not quite sure what was happening.
I'm happy to hear it was fixed!
