Do Question Banks repeat questions?

Sorry, can't find the answer anywhere - have a client complaining that questions are being repeated, and running the quiz endlessly to find out doesn't appeal for some reason

Is it likely that a quiz pulling questions from a bank would repeat any of those questions in one session? 10 questions from a bank of 14, if that makes any difference.

I got bored and tested it a bunch of times and it does repeat questions - so a revision on my previous post - is there any way to stop it from doing this?!
