Does anyone know what is wrong with this?

Hi
I have a page in my project where I have disabled the forward button as I want the user to click a box which displays info and then enable to forward button after they have read the info. I received some instructions on hoe to do this - but when I tried I got this message? Does anyone know what this means?

Hi
I followed the tutorial which Ashley had posted and that is when I ran into the issue highlighted in the screen shot. As far as I can see I followed the instructions as the tutorial suggested but got the error message and thats the point I couldn't get past.
My question is how do I progress past this point
add a visited state to the text box
