I'm a freelance Corporate Trainer interested in purchasing a one year subscription for the first time. Can you please confirm if the PowerPoint materials I develop in Articulate Storyline can be saved as offline files for my client to upload on their intranet sites beyond the yearly subscription?
Thank you for reaching out to the community. As for your question, the courses you create with Storyline is not tied with your yearly subscription. The content you have published will remain intact and can be used within your client's intranet. These published content however are not Powerpoint files and cannot be edited using Microsoft Powerpoint.
Anything you have saved as a .story file should be saved locally and it'll be accessible to you within Storyline 3 or Storyline 360. If you published the output for Web, LMS, CD, Word, those files are also saved locally and can be uploaded to the intended publish destination.
Studio 360 is based on PowerPoint so there might be an opportunity to share your materials with them, except for the engage interactions and quizzes. I haven’t used Studio 360 yet so can’t say for sure. Perhaps someone who has experience with Studio 360 could chime in.
