I’ve been asked by a client if Articulate Storyline supports HTML5 videos? Can anyone help?

Hi Jennifer and welcome to Heroes!
HTML5 videos are usually loaded with h.264 video formats of some kind - such as MP4. If you have the MP4 video you can import that directly.
If it's an interactive component, you might have good luck using the Web Object import option. It's worth noting that we support the following video formats documented here.
Storyline content can also be published for HTML5 deployment as described here and if you'll be focusing on HTML5 content you may want to read the set of articles here on how to optimize your content for HTML5.
