I was told that they might implement the support for Tin Can in 2016. They seem to have issues with supporting SCORM 2004 (2,3,4), only SCORM 1.2 has no issues. Although I don't really see any end-user difference between these formats.
Thanks Zett for that update - and hopefully the change to Tin Can in 2016 will help you access the type of information you're looking for in the reports.

Not yet, but it is on their roadmap for May 2015.
You may want to look up Tribridge. Have a read of this blog.
