I know that Captivate 8 has a Responsive Project feature that can create projects that adapt themselves to multiple devices. Custom screen sizes, Question and Results slides, drag 'n drop can be accommodated (according to the literature).
I am trying to achieve similar responsive type design features within a Storyline project. Has anyone had any success with this?
As Michael mentioned, Storyline does not support responsive design, but you can change the player and browser settings and how they'll scale as detailed here.

Storyline can be set to scale content to adapt to different screen sizes. However, it doesn't provide responsive design features comparable to CP8.
