Sorry if this has been answered already in the forums (I found a few posts, but nothing directly answering my question). We are creating a sample WBT for a potential client. The requirement is that we use Storyline 3 or 360. However, one of their requirements also states not to use MP3 or MP4 files in the content because "the LSO content player may not play these file types." Our development team is confused because MP3 is the only audio output SL creates. We are also not familiar with SAP LSO and are not able to ask the potential client at this time. Any information would be appreciated - thanks!!

I've not seen any information about limited files as you mentioned.
Any chance you could follow up with the provider (SAP LSO) to ask some questions?
