double audio

Hello all!

 I have two issues:

First:

I have created a slide where when I click on a button it plays an audio. I have 5 such buttons. And the triggers work so that when I click on a different button the previous audio stops so that the one I just clicked will start. However, in only one case when I click the first button while another audio is playing the previous one does not stop and both are heard at the same time. What am I dooing wrong?

Second:

When I upload my tutorial on an LMS at first the player did not behave the way I had it set. For example, I used 'submit' buttons for a post test but when shown on the LMS there were prev/next buttons. When I reopened the window again there were the correct settings. Is that an issue of the publishing procedure, am I doing sth wrong? Or is it the LMS itself?
