I have some trouble to find how I can download tamplets from Content library. It says that I can do it directly in Storyline but I can't find my way. Can anyone help me? Thank you.
Is there any other way to download templates? Storyline 360 is giving me an error message every time I attempt to follow your instructions above. The message says: "We are unable to connect to Articulate 360. Please check your connection and try again." However, my connection is good and works for everything else. Please, advise.
Sorry you're having a hard time downloading templates! Do you get this error message if you insert the template into a new blank Storyline file, as well?
If so, have you checked that you've enabled the network endpoints as detailed here?
If you'd like to work with our Support Engineers, they can take a look at all the system settings and anything else that could interfere the Content Library.

From Storyline 360, click the Slides tab, then click Content Library. From there, search for the Fractal template, then click Insert Slide.
