Download Latest Version and Export For Translation Issue

When I click "Check for Updates" it says "None Available" I am at version V1.1.1206.1104.  My work partner is version V1.1.1206.2704.  How do I update to the latest version?

When I export text to the word document for translation it looks like this

 On the more current version it looks like this

 I am not able to import text from the other style. i.e. work with my partners files.

Please advise.
