we used the download function in the Articulate Player App a lot in the past and it always worked, but suddenly it changed.
Last week I uploaded a new storyline course on our webserver, but the download in the app doesn't work correctly anymore. First it starts to download the file, but then it stops and a notifications says that either the document is incomplete/damaged or the internet connection is not working, but both points are fine. Even old storyline files that worked before, show this error now.
I already checked the iTunes Store for an update, but there was nothing.
I used the contact formaular to provide you our Storyline file. Could you have a look on it in the meantime? We use Storyline 2 Update 7 so basically ther should be no problem to display and download courses.
I'm still not seeing anything for you. Please e-mail support@articulate.com and a case will auto-create for you. Someone will need to contact you for the file though.

Hi Stefanie! I just tested with another file I was working on today and did not seem to have any issue. Would you be able to share your .story file?

Here's a screenshot of the error message I receive.
Hi Stefanie!
I'm not seeing a support case for you. Did you get the confirmation? If so, please share the case number with me so that I can take a peek.
If not, please re-submit here.
Hi Leslie,
I just uploaded it a second time, but no case number was shown on the Screen. Where do I find this number?
You should receive an immediate e-mail. Can you try a different browser perhaps?
I made another try with Firefox.
