I've created q quiz with storyline and published it on moodle, however now that its published I can view an individual report of what users got right and wrong, but I'm looking for a summary report that states 60% answered A on question 1 30% answered B and 10% answered C etc.
Does anyone know how we can download the summary report?
If you have someone with development knowledge you could get them to modify that report to suit your requirements. Alternatively you could contact a Moodle Partner to help you customise the report.

The closest I've seen is the "question trends" report which is a 3rd party plugin for Moodle:
