Downloaded course inaccessible in ipad

Hi everybody,
I have a problem to access the downloaded course when wi fi connection is missing. Even cannot re-connect after getting access to wi fi connection.
My procedures: The course is uploaded to Articulate Online. Invite students to download it using invite feature.
They download to their ipad and run it using Articulate Mobile Player. ---> so far everything is fine.
Then I delete the course from Articulate Online (due to limited space).
Students lost wi fi connection...... the course is NOT accessible any longer.
I think the downloaded course should be accessible any time since it is already downloaded and stored in the ipad, but it seems it doesn't work that way. Anything missing that this happens?

Did you check the allow downloading for offline viewing? If not it will only be available online
Hi Phil,
I did check it. I just tried to run the program in ipad first, and then download for offline. So far, I still don't lose it. I hope it works.
Waiting for feedback from my students, though.
