I need to work on a file that was last updated on 5/23. I downloaded the update 1.09 and tried to open the file and got the error message that "This project cannot be opened. It may have bee created in a newer version of Storyline."
I need to work on the file. Any assistance or pointers would be appreciated.
Hi Sam! Was the project that you were working on a Storyline 1 file or Storyline 2 file? Sounds like it may be a Storyline 2 file that you are now trying to open in Storyline 1.
