Downloading Storyline 360 Content for Offline Viewing

Jun 05, 2017

Our company hosts K-12 e-learning content on our platform, however, some of our schools are looking for students to be able to access that content from home on an iPad (without internet).

Is there a way that students would be able to view this content offline without having to download the Articulate Mobile Player? The intended audience includes students in Kindergarten through 5th grade, so the simpler the solution, the better.

Hi Alexandra,

I'm always surprised what young children can do with technology - so they may be able to use the AMP to view the content offline. The content would need to be hosted on a website and you'd need to first access it with an internet connection to download it. Once that's done - it'll reside in the library of the AMP and individuals can access it there.

I haven't seen a lot of other solutions for downloading content for offline use to the local storage of an iOS device - but hopefully folks in the community can offer some ideas here!
