I am completely new to this product. I am very fascinating with these templates but unfortunately cannot open them. I hv windows 7 professional. Is there anything else I have to download before being able to download them? Thank you in advance for your time.
Which version of Storyline do you have installed? Are you trying to download the template files found here? You should be able to open them all using Storyline 2, but any that were made in Storyline 2 cannot be opened in Storyline 1. Many of the newer uploaded templates will have been created in Storyline 2.
Is there are particular template you are having issues with?
