I am trying to watch the videos. They keep getting interrupted and I have to start all over. Is there a way to download them all so I can watch them native on my machine and not have to worry about video feed problems?
Are you referring to Tutorial videos like this one? If so, a PDF user manual for Storyline (including video screencasts) can be downloaded here. You'll need an active Internet connection to view or download these resources.
