As per one requirement we are using drag and drop and text entry boxes in the knowledge check, both are giving some issues as below:
1. In previewing the Drag and Drop is working fine, where as after publishing we cant able to drag the items, learner cant able to pick the drag items.
2. Text entry box is not giving the access to type after publishing.
Can anybody assist me to resolve this issue. we have checked the published file in chrome, Mozilla and IE, but the result is same.
We are not getting that issue, if that in individual course. According to our R&D, if we use that questions at very starting in knowledge check, this issue is not happening, when there is some questions before this activities then only this is is appearing.
