Drag and Drop Aren't Working...

I have been doing these for some time now, but recently downloaded a new subscription at my new job. I've checked the form view and it all checks out, but in preview and review mode, it shows all answers (even those that are correct) as wrong. Can someone take a look and tell me what's wrong? This problem occurs each time I create a drag and drop. Thanks.

Hi Diane,

If Storyline is misbehaving on your end, a few other things you'll want to check into:

  • What version are you using? You can check by going to the "Help" Tab -> "About Articulate Storyline". The latest version of Storyline 360, is build 3.24.17733.0
  • Are you working on local project files and adhering to the other guidelines here? 
  • Are you seeing the inconsistency of drag and drop while previewing, in the published output, both?

When I used yours, it scored the right answers as wrong again. I'm baffled. Any idea why it isn't performing right on my end?
