Drag and Drop - Can you have multiple drop targets for a drag item?

Hi there, any help appreciated :)

I am designing an emotional awareness activity, where learners need to drag body sensations onto a part of the body where they feel it during a given emotion/situation.

From my searches of existing discussion threads, and tutorials, it seems it is only possible for a drag item to have 1 drop target.
