Drag and Drop

Hi All,
We have created a piece of work for a client, unfortunately there is one slide where we have a drag and drop slide which we created. On the PC it works fine but on mobile devices the drag items do not appear. The drag items are just simple rectangles with text in.
I have researched this online and it's something to do with HTML5 output not playing correctly on mobile devices. The client does not want to use the Articulate Mobile Player App - could any of you assist into a way of getting this slide to work? I have attached the cut down of the section i am working with.

I tested the content in SCORM Cloud and I am not seeing the same behavior.

Thank you for your assistance with this, it seemed to have worked fine on my mobile and the ipad. Did you have to re-publish this or did you just upload the content to the SCORM Cloud?

I did have to publish since you sent me a .story file, but all I did was publish/upload :)

What settings did you apply when publishing?
When we select to publish for SCORM 1.2, to include HTML5 output but not to use the Articulate Mobile Player for iOS or Android and published for LMS it then caused the problem.

Same settings, they hold from where you shared the file :) Have you tried publishing again?
Did you test on SCORM Cloud as well or just your LMS?
If you are only having an issue with your LMS, you may need to reach out to them.
