This drag and drop no longer works properly in 360 after coversion from Storyline 2 - see attached. At certain points the drop area orange stars appear over the top of the statements (they should always be below).
I vaguely remember another drag and drop not working either...
We're still working on the update for Storyline 3, but yes, this fix should be included as well. I'm adding this thread so that we can update you on that as well.

I have the latest upgrade to 360 and still have the drag and drop sticking to the mouse, jumping away, disappearing off screen.

Sorry to hear that you've run into an issue with your drag and drop as well within Storyline 360.
I do see an issue reported that happens when drag items are dragged outside of the browser, but I'm not sure if that's what you are seeing.
Would you be able to share a sample .story file with the issue as well as the browser you are viewing in so that we can take a closer look?
