Drag and Drop items not visible after course is published

Hello. I had no trouble with my entire project until I published it two days ago and now on one slide, the drag and drop items are missing...
I have deleted all of the other slides in my project so if you select the CCU Investment Products "bubble", the drag and drop is the very last slide. Not sure what happened but on my version they are visible, it is just not visible when published. I have attached the link for the published version in review for your information, as well.

Sorry you've run into that roadblock, Becky.
We're seeing a problem in Storyline 360 on drag and drop slides where objects are incorrectly covered by background images or graphics when the answers are set to Shuffle.
Until we have a fix in place, you can get around the issue by...

I just encountered this issue with a project I'm reviewing for one of my team members. I believe we are all running build June 22, 2018 (Build 3.17.16168.0). If I recall, this issue with the shuffle answers setting on drag and drop items has occurred from time to time in the past.

We have identified that our issue occurred when running the course using Chrome and resolved by using Explorer.

I am having this issue with both the drag and drop and Matching. They work in the .story file, but not in Articulate Review, Chrome, or Explorer. There are NO graphics and Explorer is no different than Chrome.

Thanks for reaching out. You mention that there are no graphics, so you do not have any kind of background image?

Fixed: In drag-and-drop interactions, drag items might return to their original positions during quiz review or be hidden by other objects.
Just launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for Storyline 360. Details here.

I tested your course in Articulate 360 (Review) using my Google Chrome, the
Matching Drag and Drop do not allow me to drag the answers, same as the
Sequence Drag and Drop.
May I ask if you have the latest Storyline 360 Build 3.17.16188.0
installed? To check select Help > About Storyline.
Are you working with your project file in your local drive c:?
When creating, editing, and publishing Articulate Storyline courses, be
sure you're working on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive).
Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior due to
latency, such as file corruption, an inability to save changes, and loss of
resources. See this article for more information:

Do you encounter the same issue with a new project file saved in you local
drive c: and a new Sequence/Matching Drag and Drop Question Slide? If you
don't encounter the same issue, please try to delete the problem slide in
your old project and insert a new one. See if this will fix the issue. If
not try to import the slides of your old project to a new project.
If you continue to experience the same issue, I'd like to investigate your

I took a peek into your case with Cleo, and it looks like he identified a bug in your file where Sequence Drag and Drop and Matching Drag and Drop do not work correctly when drawn from a question bank.
Our team is still investigating this issue, and we'll update you once we have a fix in place!
