drag and drop layer triggers

i have built some free form drag and drops using a new incorrect layer.

My triggers are

if score equals 10, show correct layer

if score is less than 10 show incorrect layer

Right now, even if I get 10 I still move to the incorrect layer.

I have the position of the Correct trigger above the incorrect, but still cannot get the quiz to move to this layer.
