Hi, I hope someone can help. I have a drag and drop activity that works perfectly on my Pc but not on the ipad. The learner has two attempts. The problem im experiencing is that on the ipad the try again layer seems to get stuck in a loop and so the learner must complete correctly to move on rather than on the 2nd incorrect attempt the incorrect feedback layer displaying. When stuck in the try again layer loop the number of attempts seems to be of no relevance. Any suggestions welcomed, thanks.

Yes to the LMS question, and access has been via Chrome in Apple iOS 9, however my colleagues are also having the same problem and im not sure of their version or access route (I can check if needed).
I managed to find a work around on the last module and use motion paths as part of the interaction for the try again option, but this time its not behaving in the same way.
Thanks for sending over your file, Esther. It looks like the "Try Again loop" you're seeing is happening in the HTML5 version of the content, even on desktop. I tested this HTML5 link in the latest version of Chrome on desktop and on iPad iOS 10.2 in Safari, and I saw the behavior in both instances. And for comparison's sake, here's the link to the Flash content, where it is behaving correctly.
I'd like to send this to our Support Engineers to investigate further, so I've opened a case on your behalf (01034290).
