drag and drop over interaction not working

I have a Storyline drag and drop over interaction where I have five items (planets) that the user can drag and drop over to receive feedback. Four of the five items work perfectly but one seems to be glitchy. It only drops over the correct item if I click it 3 times. I have reviewed the interactions and the glitchy item has the exact same state changes applied as the others. Any suggestions for what I can do before or after it is published to help prevent this glitch?

The issue is with the first slide. The fourth planet down is not dropping over the correct item (circle) when I drag it over (The correct circle says Materials Management).

Hi Jasmine,

I've been looking at this for a while now. I think I've narrowed it down to one of the states causing the issue, but i'm not quite sure why it's causing the problem. 

It seems to work just fine if I remove the trigger that shows the "onClick" state. It also seems to work if I recreate the shape and use the same type of trigger. The original shape and "onClick" state just doesn't seem to want to cooperate.

Are you able to try remaking the planet? Use the same images, states and triggers and see if you have the same results I'm seeing.

It's possible I've stared at this too long Maybe some fresh eyes from other community members can help out with this.
