Drag and Drop problem in storyline when i checking ipad

Hi Prakash,

I'm not sure I understand what's happening based on this image alone. Is the drag item your referring to supposed to be in the blank space above that? Are you able to share the .story file here with me to take a look at? Can you share the .story file here with us? If you'd prefer to share it privately, you can also send it to me here.

I just sent a reply to your email, but also wanted to share here in the thread:

I have reviewed your project file(s) and we were able to duplicate your issue. I have submitted your case to our Quality Assurance team for their review. As a workaround you can try doing the following below: 

1. Remove the transparency on the drop targets 
2. Drag items will now be able to be dropped within a drop target. 

I cannot offer a time frame for when or if this issue will be resolved so please continue to take advantage of the workaround if you encounter this issue in the future.

i have problem with drag and drop functionality in IPAD. If the option is tried placing for the 2nd time, the options are not fitting inside the box in IPAD. I have removed the transparency on the drop targets also. please find the attached jpg's.
