Hello. Wondering if anyone can help me with this issue. It seems one of the courses I built using Storyline 2 is not allowing some users to continue with the next slide after they get to the drag and drop quiz page. It seems users get stuck and can't progress forward. Do you know what may be causing this issue? Thanks
Hi Ashley, not all users just some of them. Those users that are having the problem are accessing the course via our LMS. Users have the ability to access the course via several browsers as long as they are using the latest versions but mostly on Chrome.
We have validated with one of the users that his browser requirements were fine and he still had this issue.
Are the users that are getting stuck getting the answer incorrect? You do not have a trigger to jump to the next slide when the user gets the question incorrect.
I'm not able to re-create the issue though since the base slide Next button allows user to go to the next slide as well.
Could you have the user test this link and see if they experience the same error:
Hi Leslie, yes that's correct. We didn't want users to progress to the next slide until they answered the question correctly. I created 15 quiz pages with this logic and this one is the only one that is causing users to get stuck. However, I only created this one quiz page with drag and drop functionality. Have other people experienced similar issues with drag/drop? Thanks
Thanks for the details Christa! If that's the desired effect, I would advise removing the Next slide trigger on the base slide and the hide layer triggers on the layers.

Hi Christa,
Are all users getting stuck or just some users? Do you know what browser they're using to view the content? Have you uploaded to a web server or LMS?
