Drag and drop - retry

Hi All

I have a course with a drag and drop scenario in one of the slides. It's not included in the overall mark, just an activity.

Once you submit, even if you get it wrong it won't let you try again, it comes up with the incorrect/correct pop up both with a "Continue" button. The continue button on the correct pop up takes you tot he next slide and the continue button on the incorrect pop up takes you back to the drag and drop scenario but it won't allow you to rearrange the options again but it also won't let you progress.

How can I get it to let them retry until they get it correct?

Hi Siobhan

Set the slide properties to reset to initial state and check how many attempts you have allowed. If you don't have a try again layer I suspect you only have one attempt. On the try again button trigger jump to slide (the D&D) slide

Thanks so much I actually just realised this and came back to delete my question LOL.

I didn't actually design the course originally, it was half done by my predecessor so I didn't even think to check it!

Glad you were able to get this figured out Siobhan :) No need to delete your post, as it could certainly assist someone in the future.
