I have a freeform drag and drop quiz and I would like to indicate only which answers the learner got incorrect. I have been playing with variables and triggers and states but I cannot get get it right! I am hoping to have a red square outline appear around the question(s) they got wrong when they are on the Review slide.
Thanks Wendy! Is it possible to add condition that it only shows the red box when it is in an incorrect drop location? Currently it just shows regardless of if it's correct or incorrect?
Hi Deb, thanks again. This time there was no changes in state to the answers. I can see down the bottom it is incorrect, but what I want is demonstrated in the attached (the pink boxes would be red!)
Almost! It is still showing the rectangle as being incorrect when it is in the drop zone, but looking at how you configured it I have now been able to get mine to work. Thanks soooooo much!!!!!
is your textbox a separate object? If so , highlight the shape and select edit text to put the text directly on the shape (it becomes one object). If that still isn't working - upload your slide and I'll take a look for you
I think your result slide may be corrupt so I moved yours to another scene and added a new one in. I changed the visual look of drop correct/incorrect states for each item so you could see the effect (for testing - you can change back) and I changed the slide properties on the DnD to 'automatically decide' from 'reset to initial state.

Hi Lara
really rough example but it might give you an idea.

Hi Lara

Glad you got it sorted Lara - good luck with your project.
Hi Lara/Wendy
How did you fix it? I am having the same issues with my drag and drop.
I cant seem to get the wrong answer to be highlighted.
Can anyone helpme please?
Hey Sonya
do you mean the drop incorrect state or the incorrect feedback layer to display?
The states of normal, drop correct and drop incorrect all look the same?
Hi Wendy.
I didnt exoplain it very well..
At the end of the quiz, I want the incorrect items that were dragged and dropped to be highlighted when Recview Quiz has been selected.
does this help?
Hi Sonya
see if the attached rough sample is what you are looking for - here is a quick video of how it looks
Thanks Wendy - that is exactly how I want it to look. In saying that Im unable to replicate it.
is it because I am using text on shapes?

Hi Wendy
Yes it is one object. I would be so grateful if you can take a look for me. I have copied what you had done and now its kinda not working at all ;(.
Hi Sonya
is this a SL3 or a SL360 file?
SL360. It will be inserted to a RISE module
Hi Sonya

Here is link to Review so you can see it working
Attached is updated file.
Thanks Wendy.
