Drag and Drop SCORM 1 User

Very specific question here. I have ONE user (so far at least) on our LMS (Brainier) that is having this issue.
They are able to get through the SCORM up to a drag and drop interaction. At that point the drag items act like they aren't buttons to move to the drop sites. They are supposed to change their state (color) when she hovers, and then click and drag to a drop site that also changes color based on the correct/incorrect answer.
Again this is only happening to ONE user out of over 100 that it was assigned to. Any ideas on what the issue may be??

I'll start with the lowest-hanging fruit:
Would Windows, most up to date system, updates go out company wide. and sis using Google Chorme browser
If you upload the course to Review 360 and have the learner access it through there, does the issue manifest itself?

It worked for her on the Review 360 site....What does that mean??
It means you're eliminated both the course and this particular learner's environment as possible causes, as the course appears to be working fine on the same environment, outside of the confines of the LMS.
Are there other similar drag-and-drop exercises within this course, or within another course, and how do they work (not work) when this learner encounters them?
