Drag and drop shows all answers as incorrect
Aug 14, 2013
I created a drag and drop exercise where all the answers are correct, and all trigger an audio layer that discusses the choices (all three answers are correct; the purpose is to get the student to think about and indicate their primary reason). I converted the slide to freeform and created a box and filled it with a mostly transparent fill to serve as the drop target. However, all three answers show up as incorrect. I have tried fiddling with the box and the controls - nothing I get shows any of the answers as correct. Your help is appreciated - this is my first story.

sounds like you set it up wrong, any chance you can post your slide
Hi Susan and welcome to Heroes!
I agree with Phil, so if you can share your .story file here we can give it a look and help point you in the right direction.
Aloha--
Here's the story file. The drag and drops are on two slides, the "family" and the "no family" slides at the end of the story. Thanks for giving it a look.

Hi Susan,
Thanks for sharing your file - when looking at it the first drag and drop (family slide 2.6) worked successfully for me. All attempts gave me a correct answer, slide 2.7 "no family" is where I wasn't able to get a "correct" answer. When looking at how you set up 2.6, I noticed that the layers you had did not offer an "Incorrect" option whereas slide 2.7 had an "incorrect" option. I removed that layer, and now all my answers are correct on slide 2.7.
