I know a user here mentioned similar, but I did not see the completed file. Perhaps you could reach out to the user directly on her user profile via the 'Contact Me' option.
I cannot open Adam's story, but if it doesn't work for you, here is a sample. It is designed to do a lot of things that are not available in a standard DnD, so it isn't a real DnD. It is just disguised to look like one. As such, it doesn't have the standard tile feature, so I had to create one. It tiles from top to bottom in the drop areas, but if you reverse the location of the targets and the motion path, it can be made to build up.

I created a quick one. Not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for, but here's my attempt at it.
