I have multiple scenarios with a kind of choose your own adventure approach and what I was trying to do was have the learner drag their choice of responses to a blank caption, and then have it go to the video with their chosen response after they click Submit. I can make it go to the right video but only without/before the Submit button.
Is there a way to make it go after the submit button so they can change their minds before they commit?
A little busy, but thought I'd check in. Looks like whether it's states as in my example, or number variables as in Dipti's and support's, it's all working. Tx, Tracey and Dipti!
I am trying to replicate the True/False drag and drop features shown in the attached document. I am new to Articulate Storyline 2 and don't seem to be able to correctly replicate the configuration shown in the attached document.
Could someone please advise me how this quiz might be created?
Based on that it looks like you may want to use the dropped correct/incorrect states of the objects. You'll need to create these states, but they'll behave as defined here.
I did think about replicating this quiz with states but I got confused. I would be pleased if you could take a look at the revised attached document to see if the states solution would be the way to go.
Yes, I still think the drag and drop is the way to go here with the dropped correct/incorrect states. If you're able to share what you've got started in a .story file and indicate where you got confused/stuck we can help figure out next steps.

Also, here is a tutorial on how to set up a drag and drop interaction.
