Drag and Drop Won't Snap to Center of Drop Target

Hi Articulate Community Team!
This interaction was working properly. However, I decided to add some shadow and glow to the items being dragged and dropped. After those changes, the items will no longer snap to the center of the drop targets. If I switch to drop to 'Tile' it works except Ali's and Anton's names will not drop on top of each other (one covering the other).
Cheat sheet:
-Gianna's name should go to 'Refer Out'
-Ali's name and Anton's name should both go to 'Don't Refer Out'
Thank you in advance for any help or guidance anyone can provide.

Glenda, thank you for your response. I see it does work once assigned. The issue however is that there is no one correct answer for this activity. Do you know if this functionality is available to snap to center of any target?
Thank you Maria. Is there any way to assign each drag item to multiple (all) targets? The activity is meant to have no wrong answers.
Try this. @Steve Gannon posted it a while ago.
