Drag-down indivdual result

Hello,

I'm trying to set up a drag-down with result which appear after each selection by the user showing a green check icon if it's correct or a red cross if incorrect.

I would like to not have to click on submit just to have the correct / incorrect icon which appear when the user release each list.

I also would like to have the lists under the texts (that I succeed to do using Sequence drop-down instead of Matching drop-down but I'm not sure it's the good solution).
