Drag&Drop issue with touchscreen

Apr 04, 2019

Hello

I want to use an ELO touchscreen for my course.

The drag&drop is working well with the mouse, but not with the finger (like it's working on a smartphone or a tablet)

Do you have any idea to have the same?

Thanks

Hello

Elo touchscreen is a computer monitor but by touching the screen you can
interact with the system. so no need to use a mouse to navigate.
It very similar to a smartphone use.

To view my course I'm using or Chrome or IE.
The html file is on the hard disk of my computer, which is connected to the
touchscreen.

Hello, Pascal!

Viewing a course from the hard disk of your computer can cause issues due to security restrictions, so I'd like to first rule that out as the culprit.

Try hosting the course online using Tempshare or SCORM Cloud (or your own web server or LMS), and let me know if you're still unable to drag the items on the ELO Touchscreen.

I'll be standing by!

Hello

OK I will try but for your information, I've the same issue on a tablet
running on Win10 and the file on internal network.
