Hi Anthony, I haven't yet found an ideal way to do this without numerous workarounds.
The first option you could try is to add a trigger to a "Try Again" button on the Incorrect Answer Feedback layer. Set the trigger to "Jump to the slide" ... to your Drag and Drop slide when clicked. Essentially, the slide will jump to itself. Then, under slide properties, have the slide "Reset to Initial State". This will clear the D&D answers back to their original position every time the slide is revisited.
I'd agree with Julia, that the option to "jump back to the slide" with the drag and drop is the easiest way to go, and a common one referenced in the forums. There is a great screenr here from Becky describing how to set this up.
