There could be a few ways you could set this up and it'll depend on how you've set up your question already. Have you looked into using the dropped correct/incorrect states for your drag items? They do need to be added to each item and then they'll be applied based on what is correct/incorrect or you could associate triggers with them as well. These states are further described in this article.
If you're still having difficulty setting this up it may help to share the .story file (even just that one slide) here so that we can take a look at what you've got going.
