I have completed a project. I have one drag and drop question that works really well when previewed - unfortunately when I publish the question, the drag and drop which is correct comes up as incorrect!!!
Has this issue with drag and drop exercises been fixed as I continue to have the problem? I have attached some example slides. The third slide has been regenerated from scratch, the first two are copies of existing content.
Thanks for sharing your file. Check out a screen recording of my testing here – everything appeared to work correctly. Can you tell me more about how those slides behave on your side?
Alyssa,
I have done some further investigation and it would appear that the slides function correctly for one of my colleagues so it may be an issue with my own set-up.
I will investigate further and advise accordingly.
Thanks for the help.
Regards,
Brendan

A good first step is to check that you're on the most recent update of Storyline. You can find this detail by going to the Help tab, then clicking About Storyline, like I did in that video.

Hi HR Tweed Heads from Wendy at Bribie Island :-)
Can you share the .story file or even just that slide and perhaps someone can help you.
Hi Wendy.
Thank you. I have added the .story file of the slide.
Thanks in advance.
Hi
looks like you've uploaded the published file I was asking to see the source file so I can take a look at how the slide is setup. Can you upload that?
Hi Wendy,
My apologies. I have uploaded the Quiz.
Thank you in advance.
Cheers
Andrew
Hi Andrew
I published slide 2.5 to Articulate Review and it works for me - I get the correct feedback layer although the formatting may be a little off.
Check the link here to make sure I've got the right slide
Hi Wendy. Wow, thank you for your fast response. I want to publish it to Storyline. The issue only happens in Storyline.
Sorry what does that mean - LMS, Articulate Online, Web?
